insanity-p90x SO yes, my next 90 days has been laid out.  It will be P90x with a little Insanity flavor added for cardio.  I’ll be holding true to the P90x weight days while flipping out the cardio based days with insanity and a few One on one’s.  I enjoy the variety so why not utilize it since I have them.
