image So day 46 was my 2nd bout with Insanity Max Recovery.  Yet again, a great workout.  Not high intensity, but incredibly effective.  It’s a wonderful thing that is all I can say. :).  Make sure you use these days as they do help revitalize you for the rest of the week.  I think personally it really helped me out when it came to my Day 47 workout, Max Cardio Conditioning. Not saying that the Max recovery doesn’t push you. You still burn an incredibly high amount of calories.  Amazing how that happens.

Day 47, was Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning and Cardio Abs combo. This was the first combo day of month 2.  I decided to do this one in the morning because I wasn’t sure what my afternoon and night would bring me with the holiday weekend.  So surprisingly everything went awesome.  I enjoy the cardio conditioning very much and have had great fun with them.   I didn’t get a chance to eat or drink much before hand, which was a no-no normally, but with the way the morning went, and sleeping in a bit longer, there wasn’t much I could do about it.  Anyways, it didn’t seem to hamper me at all.  i do think with the ‘relaxed’ recovery workout the night before, it did let me dig deeper this morning and really push through the exercises in the cardio Conditioning and then on top of that go through the cardio abs routine.  I wouldn’t recommend normally not eating properly beforehand as you may not have the energy levels to sustain for the amount of time these workout’s are. 

I have noticed, that from the last time that I did do cardio abs and this time, that I have more strength in my core and was able to do a couple of the harder exercises in there much better.  I’m really close now to going through the entire thing now. Which is great. 

Keep focused everyone.  You can really pull out some awesome results in the 60 days of insanity. I mean the #’s are coming in more and more now from others that are going through it and its astonishing.  For one, the one and only Mark Briggs who is just over 30 days now, gave an update on his numbers.  For someone as fit as he already is to add 1” to his chest and 1/2” off his waist I think that is huge.   My fit test #’s have jumped drastically as well as most others that I’ve been following.  It is the real deal. It is delivering what it promises.

So take a chance and get in the game with Insanity.
