I've found a need little site, http://myfitnesspal.com/, that lets me keep track of my daily food intake and calculates a variety of data about that food that i'm eating. I'll try to do this on a regular basis. More for myself, but what the heck. Why not. The image with the information on what I ate yesterday is seen on the full page. More...
