Another good week. Just about to wrap up. Have one more week to go and complete. Excited to wrap this 2nd round up. Had a bit of an issue on wednesday when I went to do my first workout in the Total Body plus I had scheduled for that day. Went to do a pushup, and the right elbow gave out and felt really weird. So wans't able to do anything with it. So just let the weight workouts slide this week and went heavy on the cardio to supplement. Another week or so and I'll be getting started with a 60 say routine of Insanity from Shaun T. Kind of excited to see the results.

SO something that I like to use on a daily basis when I am working out is the WOWY/TeamBeachbody site from BeachBody. It allows me to enter in the workout's that I do (P90x, P90x Plus, Insanity and Tony Horton's One on One) each day. The nice thing about this is, it is not specific to the Beachbody.com product line. I am usually in there each night around 9pm EST and weekend mornings around 6:30am. Add me as a buddy, KevinPrice.
You can enter in any other types of workouts, duration, etc. that you have or are in the process of doing. It is a free sign up to join and utilize. You can also find/add buddies to help increase 'accountability' factor. Which is something I've found to be pretty helpful. Each day if you know that someone has committed to working out at a specific time, you feel you should be there to because you've told them you'd be there.
Quick run down of some of the nice features:
- Accountability - Buddy list to have friends accept working out when you are.
- Goal Tracking - you can choose from a variety of items. you just set your base, then enter dates that you take new measurements, etc. (body fat, weight, waist, etc, etc)
- Wide range of exercises you can choose from (including products from beachbody itself, but not limited to in terms of type of exercise - running, biking, swimming, etc)
- Fitness tools
- Daily contest to enter if you worked out while you were in the beachbody site and tracked it there.
I'm sure there is more, but I've found it a nice place, and functional website.
Thoughts, comments, experiences always welcome.
