Last year, I had grand ideas. But they simply failed. Life seems to get in the way. But that isn’t going to deter me in trying again in 2020 to post some random thoughts and daily activities.
Today’s workout included
- 30 minute Treadmill (after 10 minutes increase speed up through 20 minutes. Then back down. Inclination at max.
- 30 minutes of weights
Goals for 2020:
- Back to running. Signing up again for a 1/2 Marathon later in the year.
- What this really means is that I actually have to run. Looking forward to it.
- Whats better than putting your words down.
